I really like these. I haven't had a chance to get out and take any blossom shots this year.
Thanks Kerry, the cherry tree is right next to my holiday lodge so only had to step outside.

It's a single image taken with my Panasonic DMC FZ2000 camera at f5.6, exposure comp -2 step, ISO 125, 1/160sec, full zoom at 960mm, used a tripod. I also cropped the image and did some slight editing.
Thanks for that John, 960 mm thats an impressive zoom nearly the same as the 1000mm focal length on my scope. No wonder your images are very similar to mine.

Another great image. Is this a single image or do you stack a number of images ?

Nice set, do like the silhouette`s of the knights in the upper windows in the 2nd one. Also noticed a couple of pubs in there, where you on a pub crawl.

A lot of detail in there, lovely shot.

This is something i want to try and get back into "Astrophotography". This was taken back in january and only just got around to processing it.
It was taken with a canon 1000d and 200mm f2.8 L lens on an ioptron tracking mount, it is a series of 60 x 3min exposures stacked in a program called deep sky stacker.
I have never been very good at processing these but am pleased with this one.

If you place a road kill on a fence post and just wait, you'll get them soon enough. Then you'll really see how massive their wingspan is.
looks like i will have to keep a couple of bin bags in the car then
