It is pretty common in the world of "Fine Art" architectural photography. There is also a lot of long exposure to get clouds to become streaks.

Thank you, Dee. I couldn't pass that one up when I saw it I practically ran to get my camera. When my wife asked what was wrong as I went by, I said "I have to change" ( lenses )
