Its a Marsh Harrier actually

Looking down in the reeds on some unsuspecting prey animal

Excellent Les.

Saw the marsh harrier at Leighton Moss RSPB a couple of times, but no gear to get a shot anywhere near as good as this.

I see these every time I go out with my camera- always a pleasure and a privilege to photograph them

Well captured, I've seen them at WWT Martin Mere but always at a distance.
