Around 1000AM on clear mornings, a pattern weaves itself across the skies of Essex as contrails of morning flights from the continent and further afield arc overhead following the routes to North America.

just two images from my phone as I was undertaking the three mile walk to my town centre yesterday to buy some bread...

  Well spotted Denis .... you've  developed an eye  for stuff I think you may not have considered  catching on camera a few years ago .... seeing  as opposed to looking at  things ... I really like the first image especially ... thoughtfully composed  with balance and perspective adding to the drama ... Yeah  .... it works !
