There's a very similar styled sculpture of a lizard on an old mill lodge just around the corner from my house.

That's really cool, I like that a lot! Which Essex river is it?

Is it linked to any charities or anything? I noticed that the wings are made of knives...

When I used to work at Derby Hospital they had a couple of sculptures similar to that on the roof:

It looks like colanders and cheese graters were cannibalised too... it is  a super sculpture .... almost a recycled kitchen.... !

Its a River that flows and forms the County border between Hertfordshire and Essex, since I was on the south bank of the River Stort I was stood in Essex, it is located at Parndon Mill, about two miles from my house
