I imagined there would be little choice when picking a winner this week as I  thought everyone would be far too busy to post in Christmas week !! .... How wrong I was !!!   A really  tough call with FUJI'S Winter Macro set with his DIY lens, Geoff's ( the Longman ) Highland ladies  so evocative of the Highlands, Denis's numerous images from downunder  especially  the  graffiti pics , an excellent study of a young gull by Mike and Rybear's terrific set at the Elan Dam but top dog this week has to be Bill's Driving home  for Christmas .. a beautiful execution of a  picture he saw so clearly in his mind's eye whilst travelling home one day, that he went back the next day to make it a reality ...  Congratulations Bill ...  awesome  image .
