Well done guys for reaching the end of the second year... I. feel bad at dropping out in miid October  but I felt spent and have nothing but admiration for those who stuck it out to the bitter end ... I  loved doing it most of the time and learned so much ... and found a bond with you lot, that  will always be there ... Thanks for the  trip you lovely people .... see you on the Calendar trail .xx

Honestly guys its been a riot, a laugh, a PITA and a pleasure. I couldn't have done it on my own, don't want to do it again but I will miss the camaraderie, I will miss the itch you get each day knowing you need to get a shot of something and I will miss you lot.

I thought I'd sign off our journey with a selfie and a reminder of just how many days I've been doing this...

My final OADED image, number 731, I can't believe it's gone so quick, I'm almost tempted to carry on.... Almost... I don't think I'd have made it without all the other OADEDer's and as BP said I think I will miss that itch and everyone else that took part in this challenge...

Loathe to admit it ..... yeah I am ... just a tad..... but the calendar challenge will compensate once I get back into a routine....

I must admit to missing coming on each day and seeing just what people had photographed that day.

Looking at pictures you all took as ryewolf said yes but taking of honestly no. 

But then again I have not shot a pic in anger for 5 days now which feels strange.

The last couple of mornings we've had a canny sunrise and I've caught myself whilst driving to work thinking of where I could pull over so I have the OAD in the bag....then thinking I don't have to, turning the air-con up a notch and continuing on my way nice and warm.

Coming on the forum and not posting or seeing stuff from you lot is a bit odd like.

I ordered myself a battery grip for the x t2 as a therapy.   Its sat at the mail office now.  Gonna collect it first thing tomorrow.

I'm thinking of a train trip out to York tomorrow as it will be the first day this week I've been out with the camera - mind you Tue to Thurs the weather was pretty awful.

You all have done so well to keep this up, and some of the pictures have been brilliant. I never entered this because I knew I couldn't keep up with the discipline of OAD for so long, but am looking forward to the calendar challenge.
