well although there have been some really lovely images posted this week, my final choice came down to two images that i really struggled between

one was Fuzzy Edges "knasborough today" i loved the symmetry of this image, and the very clever processing of 4 images fused together in such a way as you cant see the joins ( and believe me ive tried ) was excellent

the other was a christmas scene posted by BP. This had the awwwwwwwww factor for me and spoke directly to my heart. To me it summed up a lot of the magic of christmas and what this time of year is about. It also i thought was technically very good. It was taken in low level light and yet was very clear, all the detailing was visable in both the well lit and shaded parts. The expression on the little boys face just made it all perfect to me.

ive been back to both these images time and time again but as ive always said that photography for me is about provoking an emotional response ive decided to go with my heart and BP's Christmas Scene

Congratulations BP :)
