  1. BALCONY VIEW - its so beautiful in this Eco hotel. Finca Vista Bonita, San Miguel De Abona, Tenerife. Would you believe the airport is only10 miles below us. Im having a G&T.....the nudist beach is beside that pointy rock to the right.. if you zoom right in...haha!
  2. What happens now? Should we be taking B images now?
  3. I make natural pot pourri and bought these for my christmas fragrance but they are too beautiful so keeping them
  4. I think my mate has withdrawn his image, Im glad I gave him food for thought!
  5. Ok, a mate of mine posted a lovely mono photo of his toddler sitting on the rails of a train line. I said it was a lovely image but gave off the wrong message. Kids should never go on trainlines. He gave me a link to a whole load of similar images. The line in question was still in use but no trains the day he took the images. Whats your thoughts?
  6. Im in...i hope I can be more active than of late.
  7. I have 3 images to choose from and I just didn't know which one to enter. 1 is an image of my mum, smoking a cigarette to which I applied a 'dragan effect' in photoshop with the help of a you tube tutorial. It makes her look really old and accentuates all her features. The other is an image from my office window, to which I applied a 'tilt shift' effect to make it look like a miniature model. It was features in a photography magazine. The 3rd is a camera movement one, and I'm thinking this is the best one to enter so here it is...... Into The Vortex - Taken from the back carriage window of the Tyne and Wear Metro. This is the sunset between the trees and I turned the camera (from portrait to landscape) whilst shutter was down. I think it was taken on my mobile.
  8. Too busy making wedding favour chocolates, decorating and decluttering this week to even enter an oldie let alone get camera out. Good luck guys, some lovely images. Re the voting, I struggled in the end with 2 but made my choice in the end.
  9. I think its time to declare a draw haha . Joint winners, decide together for next theme?
  10. An oldies as cant find card reader for my macro work done today! SELFIE - a series of 4 selfies (taken with camera not mobile) made to look like the old photo booth images. Just for fun.
  11. Lavender Art Following a trip to a lavender farm, I wanted to try some 'abstract' photography and added some motion blur to the image. Then sharpened it no make the bottom more 'arty'.In early due to time restrictions this week. If I get more time, I might do something different (if thats allowed)
