On the phone this morning they told me that they had not dispatched the item at all, I have cancelled will never ever use them again

Oh no matter I will have to stay at home all day tomorrow as well as today, very very bad service

Jessops advertise free next day delivery if ordered by 17-00 hours, my order according to their website was complete and dispatched at 14-35, great I thought. I went to their tracking web page which does not work, and after three phone calls they say it will not be dispatched until today for delivery tomorrow. Their tracking page is still not working. I thought it was agaist the law to advertise something that is untrue...?

Jessops advertise next day delivery, don't believe it its a lie.

The point is you probably do not need all of it just the bits that are useful to you, I think Topaz works much better that Nik.

I have just downloaded Topaz De Jpeg and it works well.

Since I have been trying for my LRPS distinction I have come to the conclusion that my printer is not up to the job. Can anyone recommend a good photo lab who would be able to do my printing ?
