The white corridor - New Camera Test

First proper image with my new Fuji X-T1 - I have visited this place a few times and felt the need to take a camera to get this shot.

More on the camera tomorrow.

Have you bought the M adapter yet?

Tried a X-Pro1 with a .95 on the front once - quite a combination I must say and actually easier to focus than the time I used the same lens on a M9

No, I sold all my Leica lenses when I got rid of the M9 and I shall not go back down that route I don't think.

I have to say I am hugely delighted with it so far. I am still learning the controls which are so different to my Canon and must read the rest of the manual and practice with it.

yesterday it kept reverting to jpeg when set to RAW so I need to bottom that

I tried to use the flash yesterday and no matter what I did the menu for the flash stayed firmly greyed out and it would not fire which I have now found to be because I had the camera set in silent mode, i.e no beeps when you change menu settings. Quirky Grrrrrr but hey it's all easy to sort over time, I just have to set up some custom functions.

IQ is superb at all iso and the lens is great. I have bought the kit as a lightweight walk-about, go-anywhere all the time set up and will probably never buy another lens for it (just done quote me on that).

I still have my Lee RF 75 filters and a a few other small bits and pieces that will go in the courier bag with it.
