A very nice bit of processing - that sky looks lovely.

 

I think the man lying face down and the seagull lend a bit of humour to the shot - it works just fine as it is.

Yeah the guy laying down is what caught my eye in the first place.  The image was more about the him/the seagull and kids playing more than it was about the pretty view.

I like the panoramic view, but you could keep two versions - the one posted, plus a crop tight on the man/gull/boy trio.
