One of the most interesting images I've seen in ages - beautiful light - brilliant capture.

Thank you. I am very slowly getting my eye in for landscape work. Totally different from my usual nature stuff.

The scene looked very different in the rain this morning!

this is really unusual and has an almost eerie feel to it. Reminds me of a landscape picture in war of the worlds or something.. i kind of expect some alien walker to come out of that light

Mono tone with added colour superb

1 reservation now ive seen the pylon in the middle it draws me there

I know its part of the scene but clone tool springs to mind

As to cloning out the pylon, I did think about doing just that but decided against it. The reason being that the shot is about industry in the more natural landscape. The pylon, I felt, is part of the industry........... if you get my convoluted thinking! :wacko:
