The SKIES have it ....

Recommended Posts

Bizarrely, you can ask Photoshop CC to give you a sky!!

That said, a natural sky is a natural sky, not a 'shopped one....

The new sky replacement is going to be popular but it's not a course of action I would use much...

Same image I took - and 2 alternatives that took just a single click...

Yeah I agree Paul ... ... I  just  find that I can use them in lots of ways ... making them any colour or adding textures  as backdrops for portraits etc    It's  just hand to have a library of them as thy are so variable ..and clouds are free to photograph !!

I bet you're missing the bugs now it's getting colder ...I opened a spare room window the other day and found dozens of ladybirds had  dropped on to the window sill! Some were moving  but i suspect some had been  hibernating in a crevice in the window frame... anyway I  brushed then into a plastic box and put them in an insect hotel I've had  for a number of years that used to be inhabited  by  some Mason bees if I remember rightly...

Yeah, I want the bugs back....

I see the odd spider and a woodlice, but there are none in the garden just now.

I keep hoping to find some globbies but there's been none yet...

I presume those are some sort of spider ...  ?

No, they are the teeny tiny insects that leap across the soil or leaf litter when you disturb them - known as "springtails".
