According to Wikipedia it is. That said I have a vague recollection of reading somewhere that it was a Scottish mile which was somewhat longer than an English mile, so who knows.

I was hoping to do a motorhome trip this autumn but when I tried to book I found there were none available!  Obviously everyone going to Scotland.

You have to get your own Van...we did!,  just a long wheelbase Renault Trafic conversion (more room than the VW counterpart!)

I had a Rapido Randonneur for a time, but sold it when we moved to Spain. I have contemplated getting another but being in a city its a challenge to find somewhere safe to park it
