Ooh it must be over 20 years since  I was  there ...   on a  walking holiday in the Dales with some friends. It is a beautiful part of the world .. Looks like there was a fair bit of water  too following some storms it seems . Two very  nicely crafted  images ... some really nice tonal values  too in the trees. How long an exposure did you use... it  seems just right .

Thanks Clicker, it was 1/20th of a second at f9, iso 640, I couldn't really use a tripod as it was on the bridge over the river... Sunday was a day of waterfalls (Asgarth and Cauldron Falls), castles and steam trains. I will have to go back and take a bit more time as I only decided to go at 4:30pm after watching the steam trains. These two were taken rather late in the evening
