If I’m not involved in photography, wood turning or sleeping.... this is my other....work-station... just a corner of a tiny glass porch, facing due south... I have a large roller blind to pull Disney if too sunny.... it can be very hot, or, very cold depending upon season....

I’m in ....Oil-Painting ....mode currently.

What may interest you, is that I really do have a ...Garret....studio, fully equipped for all kinds of media, art and model making, photography, plus my metal detecting finds and third library. ...

Our house was built in 1875,, it has three storey’s if you count what was a maids bedroom...very dodgy winding stairs that wouldn’t suit building regs today, they leave a hole in the floor.

I almost lived up there when I was younger, but as I rapidly advance to 83 yrs, even our ordinary stairs are getting too much... my mobility is somewhat affected nowadays, so the ground floor studio is essential.

It is my hobbies that keep me going....oh! And my online friends help too....

Feeling light headed just now.... my barber has just given me my first haircut since February....
