on the walk back to the house from photographing the red rocks which are about 200 yards from the house i thought i'd have a go of getting that moody sky with the boat opposite the house...had to do a bit of cloning work to get rid of two ropes but i think it came out ok

Intriguing to see a boat on what looks like a landlocked sea of green grass Ryland ...  a  really well thought out set this is in my opinion... I think the Mono probably edges it for me with a classic processing giving really varying  textures with cloud formation, paintwork and really good foreground detail . The first pic has an almost abstract feel  with the  bright blue and orange  really  working with the almost triangular shape you've captured with the foreshortened angle.  The pic #3 you've made good compostional use of the ropes in this one   in my opinion ... all in all a really thoughtful set Ryland ....worth waiting for ....

ps ...I'm still green with envy about where you live !!

Erm did you mean #2 which is mono  Denis .... or did you mean #3 which is in colour. But maybe you want to see it in Mono ...
Now you’ve got me thinking ... am I going bananas .... is my brain scrambled?  ?
