Streets of Kendal

I went for a walk around the Cumbrian town of Kendal today. I popped into the camera shop for a memory card for the newly acquired Fujifilm X100T. The guy who served me asked if I wanted to sell my camera, he's been after one for a while!    Here's a few pics with minimal processing. A crop to get rid of some street furniture, a slight tone curve to boost contrast, turn on the Velvia module in Darktable to simulate the film, minimal sharpening.

Excellents shots, I've not been to Kendal for about 5 years and don't remember seeing anything like this.

You just need to get off the main streets and explore a bit. I need to go back again, there is so much to see!

That's a very nice  set ... lovely texture and detail in the # 1st Pic .. I've got some old chimney pots like those ,  used as planters in the garden ..
