Taken with the 18-55 IS STM (thanks Geoff) on the 70D, here are 3 images from this afternoon - the last one being when of course I didn't have the macro lens with me...

They're surprisingly good considering the lens, there certainly looks to plenty of detail in the damselfly images.

Thank you Geoff - yes, it seems to have done a decent job. They were worked in Lightroom & Topaz then into Photoshop CC to bring them up a bit.

That's one thing I'm glad I didn't do - cancel my Adobe Cloud. Even with no camera it was used with the phones and my daughter used it for her coursework.

Very clear and focused images Paul, I wish I had not sold my 18-55 AF-P Kit lens I got with the D7500 as it would have been an ideal walk around, I only have my 18-140,every lens has a use !
