Lovely Poppy.   I have a couple images lined up for treatment but thought we would freshen up the kitchen  as we we wont be going anywhere soon.  Beginning to wish I had just stuck with the flowers<sodemoji.1f61f></sodemoji.1f61f>

we had temps in the 80s (26 C) a few days ago and frost this morning.  it's almost like the weather has the coronavirus and got a fever with chills.

i like the color palette on this one.  nice soft whites and beiges.

Thanks Loki..... Trapped either in the house or the garden  it will be the main source of subject matter for quite a while  , however a few of us here on TIPF did a challenge for two years in succession of taking and posting a picture every day  and for those that did took part, it did make one a lot more  conscious of what we could  use as subject matter.

It's in the Challenge Archives.... we called it the OADED  challenge,  short for One A Day Every Day.. It was fun but very challenging .

I keep meaning to ask you  as it seems you are  Marvel  fan ... Is Loki  your favourite  character ?<sodemoji.1f609></sodemoji.1f609>

Thank you Rye ..I actually reduced the detail whilst editing the RAW file  to soften  the look of the  flower Rye  and put a pale texture at minimum opacity over it .

Oooh I know that feeling Barbara... ...  it's that mastermind  syndrome   you get... I've  started  so I'll    finish ...  when really  you're kicking yourself asking why on earth you started it in the first place .. ... :yes

i am a little bit of a marvel fan (mostly deadpool and guardians of the galaxy), but that's not where the name comes from.  we have nicknames at work and i was named after the norse god of mischief and mayhem.  partly because i've been known to play umm...a few pranks, and partly because when i worked every phone call was absolute mayhem (major crashes, crime/terrorism incidents, bridges falling down, everything catches fire, etc.).

Well Loki is really mischievous /naughty in the films so I did presume you were probably of a similar disposition .... Sounds like you were working in the frontline in emergency services or the CIA !! ..  Regardless.... it's good to have you aboard Loki...
