Starting to get camera out again - just stuck with my little TZ, and still limited by one crutch and because I can't bend down, but wandered around outside for a bit and enjoyed looking for subjects. Not perfect bit it is a 're-start', nice coloured flowers and very  nice clean spikes:

Thank you all, subjects might be a bit similar being as I can't drive, but I'll keep trying.

Not quite a hip shot Clicker, I did manage to bend down a little way, but loved the pun anyway!

Denis cacti and succulents do very well in our climate and I have quite a few that flower, some are lovely but none of the flowers last long, usually only about 24 hours. These flowers are small, only about 1/2 inch in width.  And...looks like our Summer temperatures are now starting to decrease a bit, no more 40's plus this year!

Rye I have a Christmas Cactus too, but it hasn't done very well this year so I've split it up and repotted a few pieces.

I’ve got a  Xmas flowering  Sclumbergera  too,  that my late mother in law gave me in 1973 !!!!!   I give  it a half a cup of black coffee  ( cold) every week ... as instructed by her and I always have a great show of blooms every year ...
