Love it John, an image of a boat undergoing maintenance, but the treatment you have given it really suits the subject.

As you travel around the M25 from Dartford towards the M11 junction lives 'boatman' a name I have given an eccentric bloke who has a small plot of land, fenced off for privacy. Within it is a boat very very similar to this one, propped up in much the same way with access to the deck by home made steps. I was going past and looking down into his compound one evening last year and the lights were on inside shining through the porthole type windows, it was then that I realised he is living in it as the lights are on in the winter time and smoke from a chimney drifting out.

This reminds me so much of that scene
