finally .......elan valley

i saw an image posted somewhere of the clarewen dam in the elan valley....i thought it was awesome but i've never been able to find it again but i wanted to my own twist on it so i've been 4 times in the last few months but for the pic to work the dam had to be overflowing and every time i went up there it was dry even though all the other dams were overflowing like hell ....on the last visit it was finally overflowing....but only just so i had to make do ..last pic is of the caban coch dam

A great set Rybear.  It's the first and last for me that stand out.  The first is a stunner.  The lines in the FG water produced by the exposure add a definite dynamic.  Very nice.  The last is pure texture with a nice diagonal.

I like these, Ryland.  Nice bit of symmetry in the top two and the flow of water in #3 and #4 is great.

Last one for me - just enough blur to make it interesting. I quite like no.3 but I couldn't look at it without wanting the rotate it a little and level the steps
