That reminds me very much of a number of shots I've taken in the past at the Letchworth Food Festival, which is basically a takeover of the town centre by stalls like this one.
You've done well to get her face in and to exclude the crowd that would have doubtless been all around.
I prefer the monochrome version.

A really  candid capture showing street togging at it's best. Mono conversions usually suit this genre more often than not...and this falls into that category for me too. . It has Fooj's trademark all over it ... nice catch   and presentation...
