I also like #1 - the wet pavement looks good in B&W and the pedestrian is at just the right point in the frame.
I agree with John about cropping the top - the image is all in the lower half.

I assume the lady in #2 is taking a photo of something in the tree.  Would lifting the shadows a bit help to separate her dark clothes from the background?

 Royal Leamington Spa is a typical Georgian Spa-Town........ modern shop fronts don’t help though....also the portico porch is just one of the entrances to a modern 1990s shopping Arcade...
