Gosh you do get some   crisp detail on your  dragonflies John ... Was this another time that you used your own stick for them to land on .......

The stick was already there on this occasion, even though I took the shots on the 21st may 2015 I remember where I was at the time (I remember taking nearly all my photos), it was on the banks of the river Leadon near where I live.... Note I didn't use a macro lens this time.

Missed these.  Finding a viewpoint that allows the whole insect to be sharp is not easy but you have just about managed it in both of these.  Nice work.
