I what a smashing place for a walk ... love the swans outside their own hotel too !

Thanks, Polly.  There's a large population of swans along the river and I guess that's why the hotel was given that name.
There was a family of cygnets out on the grass:

Great set and good to see swans outside their hotel.... Mind you there's a Swan Hotel a few hundred yards from where I live but no swans or river either....
