Some colourful characters captured here Hatter ... a ll look very comfortable being photographed...I always find Steam Fairs full of interesting  people... We have one here in July .. I usually go  but  may not make it this year..Unless my knee is fixed by then ...lol

This was the first time we'd been to the Whitwell Steam Fair for several years.  Our "local" event at Shuttleworth that we usually go to isn't taking place this year due to a pricing dispute between the landowner and the Bedford Steam Engine Preservation Society so we went to this one instead.
