A visit to Neil Neville's Hide in Buckinghamshire

Recommended Posts

A great day out ant Neil's Hide on Tuesday, a beautiful set up in the country, all Birds are wild , and on farmland, most of the day it was raining so some pics have the rain in them , looks nice as it happens , light was low, but must say I am really happy with the results, far distant trees made a super backdrop, I took hundreds of pics , but just a very small few here, I love the evening one of the Robin when the sun just caught the end of the Log.

I  can't choose a favourite  as they are all so very good but I am always particularly  drawn to owls  It appears  some feeding perches have been set up  that look natural and work really well ...  We have a couple  in the garden  that  we have drilled holes in  to accommodate  some  seeds and meal worms .. That way  I can at least anticipate where  the  birds will land ...even if it is just for a few moments ...

PS   That woodpecker is being VERY greedy though
