Thanks Rye,
I have been playing about with this effect for sometime. Not going OTT is quite difficult.
I normally have to walk away from the computer for a while then come back to it, then lower the effect. lol

  It's a  ploy I use a lot  too...walking away from  work done  and returning after a while to see an image with fresh eyes

Thanks Polly,

I find the walking away helps massively as I have a tendency to be over zealous with the effect. So looking at things with fresh eyes works for me as I always have to dial down everything by at least one third lol
