Getting The Low Down

A bit of an experiment using the Tokina 10-20mm f2.8, which I'm glad Denis told me about last year, I did try and pre-composed the shoot using Live View at around the 16-18mm focal range so I had an idea of what might be in frame. I've never been a fan of using the live view and the titling screen, so switched it off and just pressed the shutter when I thought the train would be in frame. I did want the low angle though..... I possibly could have used a smaller f-stop or bigger ISO as it got considerably darker by the time the loco arrived.
