Denis shutter speed was 1/125s 

 

but i did miss some like on this shot of a spitfire,

 

but to be fair the guy next to me who had a lens twice the size of mine (and a full frame camera to go with it) said to his friend "its too high and coming in too fast how are we supposed to take pictures of it?" Whilst he had a point I would have love to have used his lens.

being around mid-day didn't help as you can see from the sun reflections on the lens.
