Autumn Impressionism

I think it must be the month for twiddles.... I used a Topaz preset call 'Cave Watch Bryce' but felt the colours were too saturated and red, so I reduced the opacity of the adjustment down to 67%, which made it too green so I added a red colour overlay adjustment set to 32%

Thanks David, the original was taken in mid July, so was very green, the church in the background, it's tower dates from the Norman times and it's in a small suburb of Accrington called Church - when I was a kid it was known as Church Kirk, these days it's usually just shortened to Church.

Thanks ... like me, you keep most of your images and often there is a way  of processing and editing that can often retrieve a worthwhile picture from very ordinary exposures ...   thanks for posting that ...  that colour works really well.

One of the reasons I very rarely delete any images I take, this was taken in July 2015, it wasn't until I got Topaz or Nik Efex, sometimes what you see with your eyes doesn't always translate to the shot you took - like this one.
