Fuji X100F

A little over a week ago I was agonising over the choice of a compact camera and whether or not to buy one at all. The manager of my local Jessops was very helpful and knowledgeable resulting in me walking out with a Fuji X100F at a good price.

Yesterday I used it for the first time and in a little under 90 minutes walking around Leicester captured these images. I definitely made the right choice and look forward to using it often.

Good choice but if you are like me, you might just have a doubt or two.  The fact is that it is so good that a lot of the time I don't bother with the X-T3.  It's just too easy to pick up thr 100F.  On the other hand, you do take a lot more photographs.  Nice images BTW.

Hi, Bill

Changing camera’s always brings up doubts at first, but once over that, and once you have your favourite settings and subjects available, everything just falls into place.

I doubt whether there is a bad, big-name bad camera out there.....all of them produce the goods.

I can’t fault my LUMIX GX8, and now that I have invested in two Panasonic-Leica Prime lenses, it is even better, the results are appearing in my latest posts.

Good shooting Bill, hope to see much more in the coming months.

My passion is the British Landscape so my X-T2 will still be my main one.

Did you have the same 'frustration' as I had with my new camera, waiting 2 hours for the battery to charge up, before being able to play with it?

Only the frustration of waiting a week for the chance to get out with it <sodemoji.1f602></sodemoji.1f602>
