Thanks Clicker, it was taken at Shingle Street, Suffolk. A two minute exposure with the yacht retaken at 1/1000

The combined exposures works beautifully .... I thought  it might be Suffolk .. it’s been a while since I was there. (Btw I am still working on your friend’s photos...)
