The last few weeks I've been posting some 'more arty' images than usual, during the OADED Challenge I did in 2016-2017 I probably took around 80,000+ images and 99% that I posted for the challenge where processed normally... This has left me with an enormous amount of images that didn't get processed or the time to spend on producing something a little bit different... I come from a graphic design background and we were encouraged and obliged to study all sorts of various art movements in the pursuit of producing something new and different.....

Many artists blur the lines of what 'art' is from Duchamp with his signed urinal in 1917 to Bankys' self shredding art last week..... To me photography is an art form and we also now have the tools (via software) to produce something more than an actual representation, so why not use it.... Don't get me wrong capturing something as I see it is as important as capturing something I see and changing it to something else......
