It’s an iconic view of this Yorkshire town ... but never fails to please ...  very nicely composed and processed Rye .....have you thought of doing a  “ toy town “ miniature  blurring process on it ... it seems ideally suited  for that as an experiment .

I have actually done one previously that I've posted here I just can't find it. I also did one today of this image.

Nicely done rye.  Just needs a steam train on the viaduct.  Sadly of course, they are no longer able to.  Beautiful sky as well.

Yes, the very best view of Knaresborough.

If I'm not wrong, this view was used in one of the heats for Sky's Landscape Artist of the Year.

I’m in a very a wet Snowdonia at the moment having been to Colwyn bay for a new camera and another lens .... jeez I’d forgotten just how wet the rain is in North Wales ...   

Rye ... maybe that’s why I thought of that... I have a recollection now that you mention it ....
