A sadly fast disappearing British resident, but caught this little fellow when out yesterday, it didnt hang around long enough for a bettter image. So good to see them around here as they used to be so common.

You are right in your identification of the Himalayan Balsam Korks, our  rivers are well and truly lined with the stuff down here, is it much of a problem in Lancashire?
