BIKES testing a old/new Vintage Lens

During idle moments I trawl E bay for odd and unusual M 42 and M 39 screw-thread lenses ( Zenit & Leica fit )  I have far too many but I still search.

The other day I chanced upon a grey/silver aluminium PRINZFLEX 35-2.8 Prime Lens.......Apparently a generic lens made for DIXON'S who used to be a bit like Jessops original stores.

These lenses were manufactured in Japan ...some dont receive a very good press....but this one produces the goods when set to f 5.6.

Both of these and my shot in the Mono section prove that.

Hi Fuji.

maybe slow the shutter speed a little to keep movement in the wheels?

Thanks Leon !

i already know that, but my cameras are set for ...Street Photography, so shutter speed always up a notch or three..

The DUCATI  was in town, it is stopped at a light-controlled pedestrian crossing , ..... I take shots of almost every motor bike I hear, because I have a pal who still rides a Triumph Bonnevelle, he has asked me to take his pic if I spot him.

one day I will post a pic of a perfectly panned bike......watch this space !
