The Selfie

The selfie is the new art-form if you will excuse me using the word. Neolithic man painted pictures on his cave wall of himself hunting antelope and such, modern man or perhaps more often woman takes a picture of them-self in front of some famous place, with a friend or almost anything really. Well here's my take on it. LONG LIVE THE SELFIE!

Another well thought through idea plus really good conversion and processing, especially given what looks to have been quite harsh light.  Nice work Bill.

Thanks John2, it was harsh light. One of my infrared shots, My IR conversion gives quite a small dynamic range which helps with this sort of light.

It looks like she is using a camera too and not, typically, a phone .....

She is, a little Canon Ixus. She makes some very creative images too.
