THE CEMETERY CAT

FUJI

Recommended Posts

I have posted a study of this little cat previously....it lives in a semi feral state in and around our local Cemetery...it just loves people, running out to meet and greet all who pass by on the footpath ...even to those remembering those passed...it seems to know that folk need comforting.

I hadn't seen it for a few months, so was more than pleased when it ran to greet us on Easter Sunday afternoon.

Local  householders do ensure that it has regular meals and lots of fuss....except for a prominent kink in its tail......it is quite fat and healthy,

My little cat Cali is a rescue cat that was living on the streets that I took in, she is getting a little more friendly now (after 2 1/2+ years or more later) , but definitely not a lap cat.... She has her own chair in the office that she sits on while I work and she does come and sit on the bed at night time..... She does talk a lot............( And by talking I mean meowing....)

I said no photographs....

One of our cats was like that even though we had her from when she was born. She would not let us touch her and for a long time would hiss if we came too close. So we just left her alone and she then started to let us come closer as she knew we'd leave her alone. She came on my lap once which came as a bit of a shock...
