Once again, I found it hard to believe that my Vintage MINOLTA ROKKOR f 1.4-50 mm lens could be as sharp as this during a high speed pan of a passing motorbike..  the detail recorded is remarkable.

Minolta lenses were always renowned. I seem to remember that they apparently, were the only other company that had access to the same sort of raw materials (silicates) that gave Zeiss the edge.  I guess that is one of the reasons that Sony bought them.  Your lens lives up to that reputation by the looks of things.  I like the composition as well.
