Common enough I guess but due to the weather this year, much insect life in this part of the world didn't make an appearance until late August and then it was a fairly limited variety.  Consequently I haven't done much this year but I chased this one all over the garden.  I guess it got fed up and stuck its tongue out at me.  Using the excellent 60mm macro lens which has its quirks but not in terms of IQ.  Now that the 80mm f2.8 has been launched, there may be a few of these around at a reasonable price.

Thanks all for the comments.

Yes clicker, it's the most anticipated lens of the last 12months or so.  I'm torn.  The 60mm has the advantage of being compact but the reviews has been V. good and the additional viewing distance will probably win out.  It will be next year though.
