The Tourist Trophy race started on the mountain course in 1911... I don't know the age  of that Motor cycle but it certainly wouldn't average 130 mph  that Michael Dunlop squeezes out of the machine he uses now . Great photo though ...Was it a forties Event?

I am not up on these but it could be an inter or a manx around the thirties or forties .Roadholder telescopics were fitted after the war 

They would be lucky to hit the ton let alone the speed Joeys nephew can manage 

It was at Pickering 40's weekend last weekend
