We have a few very persistent ones who inhabit our, wet-room, where they hide in the tiled walls we will never know, but they make occasional appearances, much to the concern of visitors.

We love them, and any Spiders.....if we do find an extra large house spider, he/she might be transferred from a sink into the garden ....we would never kill one.....fascinating things, all of them.

Harvestmen, like my underused workshop now too.....webs everywhere, making walking in a bit like a horror movie.

Living in a Victorian house means that it has lots of nooks and crannies, including earth sub floors 2ft underneath our elm floorboards....
