Is this 52 thingie working?

It seems to me that the 52 Project is just limping along at the moment. Since we started, Phil, BP, Herr Lumix and two more have dropped out and I think others may well join them before long. I'm finding some weeks to be a pain in the arse if I'm honest - especially when I'm away on my travels to foreign parts.

So...... a question. Do we carry on? Or do we allow the 52 to fall asleep quietly and move on to something else?

Gimme some feedback, chums.

Oh don't drop it Korks ... I love it ...the daily one can sometimes mean  you take just an OK photo  but it still gives one  the discipline of using the camera every day whereas the 52  project gives me time to spend  to  get  something a bit more challenging done . I'm happy to step in when you're on your holiday jaunts ...

Keep going please! I have had very few opportunities to get to interesting places recently so have not done much photography, but this one a week gives me purpose, even just at home. I do have one for this week, which will be posted tomorrow, as I tend to hang on to them until heading towards the end of the time frame, in case I get something better. I will keep going.

I am gonna keep going even if on my own. I challenged myself to get 52 shots out of one bit of metal and I am gonna fulfil the challenge. I have been to Leeds this morning and even carried my bit of metal to Leeds today for a shot. KEEP IT GOING!  :5_smiley:

I would be disappointed if it was killed off. At the moment I am not taking a lot of photographs because I am spending my spare time getting my head around Photoshop but it forces me to submit a picture at least once a week.

Well, a fairly straight forward empahatic YES, Yes.I know Phil and BP have had work to contend with, and Herr Lumis as also had health issues (I did ask Polly if Chris was okay, as I hadn't seen him on the forums for a while)..

Any sort of long term commitment is bound to lose posters, maybe be review it when we get towards week 52 of 2017 for whether it continues for the next year

Yeah, that's positive enough.

A bit concerned about the 'yubba dubba doo' comment though.

This hot weather don't half effect some folk funny. Have a lie down, David, and then try a nice ice-cold Bavarian wheat beer with a slice of lemon. And then try another!
