The 52 Project - Week 10 2017

I  swear there must have only been 12 hours in each day the past week as I have absolutely no idea  where the past week has gone to ...and here we are again on the precipice of another week of mind boggling struggles while we all try  find someting to photograph that will be inspiring and  innovative . ..Doing this, week in and  week out, is not an easy task but so many  examples of your collective work  is so inspiring ... I take my hat off to you as  we all have lives that can have many different priorities  so well done and thank you all for the efforts  you have made  to join in  on this challenge . 

 So... Onward and upward ... you have  from now till Midnight on Monday 10th April to take and post  your image for week 10 of the 52 Project ... Only another 40 to go ..

Held off a bit this week, because we may have been to 'somewhere nice' but it didn't happen, and then our internet was very flaky yesterday due to severe wind and bad weather conditions. Took this earlier this week - nice backlighting and a rose:

PS: the holes in the leaves are due to Leaf Cutter bees, but I haven't managed to get a picture of one yet.

We took a stroll to Worsborugh Dam where my son-in-law was enjoying the late afternoon sunshine freezing his nether parts off indulging in his favourite, in fact only, interest in life of fishing. I have loads of pictures of hi hauling out some unfortunate fish and chucking is hook, line and sinker out across the water but this is the first one time I have ever thought of catching him baiting up. I this image he has prepared the bulk of his bait with the boilee and the hook so now he is adding the 'attraction' the Monster Crab goo. Carp, so he reckons, and so does his son who probably knows better, carp go crazy for this thoroughly disgusting, vile smelling muck which invades his very skin. He had just caught the 6th of his catch for the day and this was for the unfortunate creature next ensnared by it's strange sense of smell.

Fortunately we were upwind and this isn't yet smelly vision.
