The processing was done using Nik Colour Efex and a combination of three different textures, two of which were removed from the leaves, buds and petals using layer masks. If I'm honest, I had an idea of what I wanted to achieve, but it was my usual trial and error technique that won through in the end.

The rules say the  pic can be from one's  archives for the weekly challenge David:22_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:..  and most usually are ......  .Dee on the other hand wouldn't not know what fighting dirty was if it  jumped up and smacked her on the  chops .... :lol:

 :rofl:  David - it's just a bit like you lot 'over there' posting lovely pictures of a frosty morning, and I'm viewing it sitting in 40 deg heat!!
