I thought this might give BP ideas...

I have seen this unusual but amusing sight in town twice now.

An eccentric, Clever, Nutty Granddad ( Riding the the Scooter) has created a wonderful Child-Friendly Train for three delighted kids.......with the eldest of circa 9 yrs in charge of driving it....with granddad scooting along in front supervising.

I LOVE it....but I don't know how legal it is???
